Cannabis is legal in Ontario for adults 19 and over, and that's who this site is for. By confirming your age you're telling us you're 19+. We check photo ID in the shop, at the door on every delivery, and we will not complete a sale without it. Buying cannabis for anyone under 19 is an offence, and we won't be part of it.
The menu on this site is driven from our till, so it reflects what's actually on the shelf. Even so, stock moves through the day and something can sell out between your looking and your ordering. Prices can change without notice, and we may correct an obvious pricing error even after an order is placed — we'll call you first and you can cancel.
Product photos and descriptions are a guide. Natural product varies.
An order isn't confirmed until we confirm it. We may refuse or cancel any order — including if we can't verify your age, if the quantity exceeds the legal public possession limit, if we can't deliver to your address, or if we think the order isn't for personal use.
Until online ordering opens, orders are placed by phone on (519) 784-2611. You pay when you get your order: at the counter for pickup (cash or debit), to the driver for delivery (cash, or debit on the driver's terminal), or by e-transfer for mail order. For mail order we email you the total, and nothing ships until the e-transfer arrives. Nothing is charged in advance for pickup or delivery. We hold a pickup order until close on the day you order, or until the day you tell us you'll come.
To cancel, just call us: a pickup or delivery order any time before you have it, and a mail order any time before it ships. If you've already paid for a mail order, we refund the e-transfer in full.
Federal law limits how much dried cannabis, or its equivalent, an adult may possess in public. We won't knowingly sell you more than the law allows in a single transaction.
Local delivery is coming soon; until it starts, we sell for pickup and mail order only. Delivery and mail order are described on the delivery and mail order pages, and those details form part of these terms. Somebody 19+ with valid photo ID has to be there to receive the order. If nobody is, the order comes back to the shop.
For local delivery nothing has been paid yet, so there's nothing to refund. Call us and we'll put the order on the next delivery day (we deliver Monday to Friday). If Canada Post can't deliver a mail order because nobody 19+ with ID was there, and the parcel comes back to us, we refund what you paid for the product, less the shipping both ways.
We can't take back cannabis once it's been opened. If it's unopened and still sealed, you can return it within 7 days of getting it: call us first. If something arrives damaged or an item is missing, call us on (519) 784-2611 on the day you get it and send us a photo. We photograph every order before it goes out, so we know exactly what was in it, and anything damaged is replaced free of charge. If a mail order is lost or late, call us and we'll sort it out.
Please don't:
The Moravian name, logo, photographs, written descriptions and the design of this site belong to us. Brand names and product names belong to the people who make them.
Nothing on this site is medical advice. Cannabis affects people differently, and it affects your ability to drive and to operate machinery. If you're pregnant, nursing, taking medication or managing a health condition, talk to a healthcare professional before using cannabis. Keep it away from children and pets.
Where we link to another site, we're not responsible for what's on it.
If something goes wrong with an order, call us on (519) 784-2611 and we'll work it out with you.
