Before you order.

How long until it arrives?

It depends how far it’s going. Orders placed before 12pm ship the same day, and you’ll get tracking as soon as the label is made — that’s where the delivery date comes from.

Where do you ship?

Every province in Canada.

What does shipping cost?

It depends how far it’s going and whether you pick express or regular. Orders over $500 ship free.

Will the box say what’s inside?

No. Plain box, plain label, sealed smell-proof bags inside.

Do I need to be home?

That depends on the carrier you pick at checkout. Your tracking will say whether a signature is needed and what happens if nobody answers.

What if it arrives damaged or never shows up?

Call the shop on (519) 784-2611 and report it. Lost, late or damaged — tell us and we’ll sort it out.

Can I return it?

We can’t take back product once it’s been opened. If anything arrives damaged or an item is missing, take a photo and send it to us and we’ll make it right. We photograph every order as it goes out, so we know exactly what was in it — anything damaged gets replaced free of charge.
